How Does Our Tutoring Process Work?
Step 1: Book a tutoring consultation call
Book a consultation call with us or email us to discuss your tutoring needs and preferences. Our team of experts will provide you with personalized recommendations and answer any questions you may have about our tutoring services. We will give guidance on the best tutoring options and recommend a suitable tutor based on your requirements.
Step 2: CONFIRM your TUTOR & intro PHONE CALL
Online Tutoring: Once we have found a suitable tutor, we'll schedule an introduction call. This call is for everyone to introduce themselves, share goals, and establish a weekly tutoring schedule.
In-home Tutoring: Your Diamond Tutoring Consultant will arrange introduction calls between you and any suitable local tutors. It typically takes us between 5-7 days to confirm an in-home tutor.
Step 3: BEGIN YOUR TUTORING SESSIONS
After the intro phone call with your tutor, your Tutoring Consultant will help you finalize the start date, set up payments and answer any last questions you may have. Once you begin tutoring, your Tutoring Consultant will always be available for help and support.
Step 4: ACHIEVE ACADEMIC SUCCESS
Use the client portal to view all your account information & access our online tutoring portal. Your Tutoring Consultant will also check in with you occasionally to ensure you are making progress and achieving academic success.
